Extension to a renovated barn and
new gallery Plaltform in existing building for educational/developement purposes.
Wish:
– new working places (flexible spaces, open working space), new social area,
– social space if possible also outdoor (terrase)
Result:
– new wooden “box” for the extention .. “universal space” of 70 m2
– glas floored gallery in the existing building .. open platform / laboratory area of 50 m2 + Storage, toilets&Bath on groundfloor
– hard surfaces .. 20 m2 ground floor terrace, 40 m2 roof deck
Materials:
– Extention: straw insulation (45cm), wooden static box, concrete line-fundaments, wooden protecting facade; clay finishes.
– Gallery Platform in the existing building: glass on wooden beams.
– Standards of Passive House (heating <10kWh/m2/year).
