– 3-story house, build in a  Low-Energy-House level

– arr. 200 m2 interior .. 1-st floor: private rooms, large bath; ground floor: living, kitchen; (half) cellar: technical room, wine cellar, hobby, guest

– 20 m2 protected south terrace

– pool docks on the living level (south)

– heating via earth collectors and passive solar energy, heat recovery ventilation build in; a sump tank is situated locally on the lot.

– materials: concrete – cellar walls / ceilings, brick -upper walls, gypsum -partitions, XPS/EPS/Min.Wool -insulation, wood -roof,doors,windows
